OEM airboxes are restrictive, they are designed for road use and have to comply with restrictive noise regulations and are unduly heavy.
Fitting a DTM CF airbox will feed your engine with a greater volume of cold air providing more power / torque and a crisper throttle response.
Our airboxes are faithful replicas of the BMW Motorsport DTM airboxes using the highest quality grade carbon fibre and to the exact same dimensions and design. They have been independently tested and proved to increase horsepower and torque by as much as 30bhp.
PLease note that unlike cheaper versions that can be found on Ebay and elsewhere, these are tries and tested and proven to work and are 100% CF including the trumpets, no nasty plastic or silicone!
The box can be used with or without the MAF meter, please choose which you require and note that we will require a MAF meter to be supplied (if the MAF option is chosen) as they integrally built into the box.
The trumpets are also available in 150mm or 200mm lengths.
