OEM windows are heavy and are not designed to withstand the stresses and strains that a race car puts on them and can shatter in an impact.
This is a 5piece kit made from the highest quality lightweight Lexan or makrolon Polycarbonate offering excellent clarity and are extremely strong. Lexan Margard is aso available and has a super tough hardened surface coating that withstands daily wear and most chemicals.
They are UV stable and show good resistance to chemical attack. A typical kit will save around 15Kgs from high up in the car, helping to reduce the centre of gravity and improve handling.
They are available as part of a kit or individual panels and in various colours, materials and thicknesses to suit.
