An engine’s valves are constantly subjected to thermal loads, Schrick high performance valves are manufactured using extremely heat-tolerant bi-metal. To prevent premature wear problems all the highly stressed areas of the valve are hardened. These are designed to be used in conjunction with their camshafts.
