The racing version of the B&M Short Shifter was engineered to include a 1 piece 416 heat-treated stainless steel stick with exclusive integrated and dampened pivot cup with a self lubricating pivot ball and exclusive polymer "Iglide" T-500 lower pivot bushings that are impervious to contamination. The harder this bushing is pushed, the better it works!
It provides a genuine 35% throw reduction and is the same shifter that is used by the racers in the SCCA World Challenge Touring Car championship.
